Franziska Schrade, M.Sc.
Research Assistant | Doctoral Student
Franziska Schrade has been a research assistant, trainer and doctoral student at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since October 2024. She studied Psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the University of Heidelberg with a focus on Organisational Behavior and Adaptive Cognition. She spent time abroad at Arizona State University and the University of Vienna. At the Center, she is responsible for IT and the evaluation of the seminar program. Additionally, she is the contact person for theses.
